Yes unfortunately this is exactly what happened. The only input they have is saying NO prior to 15 days. WHICH would be fine as far as I am concerned but the TA really should run these hires and all the reasons for each hire (how the process was run, who was involved, back up to support the main hire and back up hires)by the BOS PRIOR TO hiring. That way the 15 days never becomes an issue.
I am going to suggest to the BOS that they speak with Administration and review and edit these procedures.
